As the manager for a small apartment complex, I deal with service companies all the time. Currently, I’m looking for a company that will rent out pressure washers for residential use instead of big commercial jobs. We just need to have someone to clean the facings on the apartments and I think we can save some money if I hire someone within the complex to do it. I just need a good deal on these. I’m hoping to get it done after all the pollen hits so we don’t end up needing it done twice within a month of each other.
