I have decided to start investing in real estate. My goal is to buy properties at a very low price, fix them up and sell them for a large profit. Sounds easy? I thought that this job would be a breeze, but I was completely wrong! It seems that all the houses I have purchased are literally crawling with dirt and grime. Plus, I make them even dirtier by renovating them. I am considering contracting a commercial cleaners to see if I can find one to help sanitize these homes. I know that I will keep them busy with my multiple investments.
