after years of reading and applying what i have read about body building over the years i have learned a few things. i know that i might not be the most consistent traiiner at times but i do know what i am  doing. i know that knowing and doing a 2 different things. but at the very least i know that i can apply myself with what i  know and get good returns. i have done it before and i am doing it again. this means that i am goig to have to poush through some barriers that i know will try to slow me down. i will get back to abdominal workouts too.
