My friends and I began to use a new program online. It was a muscle building program without weights. Instead of using handheld weights, we used our body weight to get muscular. The program was very in depth. It provided information on proper exercise and nutrition. It showed us different kinds of exercises that we could eat so that we could get some muscle and definition without purchasing a lot of equipment. After a week, we tracked our progress. So far everything was going good for us. We all began to see slight results. My Friends and I knew if we kept at it we would get results.
