After reading a excalibur dehydrator review, I bought a  new excalibur dehydrator. I am so thrilled with everything that it does. I used to think that it was only for making jerky, but I have sure found out differently! Just this week, after harvesting my rather large garden, I have used it every day. It dehydrated a full load of tomatoes in only a few hours. Sound too good to be true? Well it  can also make sure that you never have another banana spoil. All you have to do is coat them in lemon juice to keep them from turning brown, dehydrate, and you have a delicious snack!
