When it comes to divorce in Los Angeles, it is so important to surround yourself with friends and family to be a support system. For me, there were so many times when I just wanted to give up and give it and just turn it all over to him. But then, a friend would take me to lunch, talk some sense into me, and spend a few hours shopping. It wasn’t that she had any great points of insight that were going to change the circumstances, but knowing she was available to hang out and take my mind of things was amazing.
