A Seminaries should promote strategic scholarly inquiry in an academic atmosphere consecrated to excellency in scholarship, a biblical worldview, spiritual reason, and social moral sense.  It needs to create a ministerial balance between the intellectual, realistic, and sacred dedication to Christ, His Word and His service.A theological educating center must build up the qualities necessary for church leaders as written in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 and the faculty should communicate to students through model and precept. Likewise central is the developing of men and women to be sovereign learners who read and think. A seminary must try to develop men and women who are both practical and yielding, with the power to transform schoolroom knowledge into people-related ministries.
