My kids are trying to convince us that we should get them a dog. I am saying that it will cost a lot of money to take care of it, and they say they will save money to help pay for it. Just to give them a better idea of what I am talking about, can anyone tell me how much it costs to take care of a dog? The kind they want would have to be brought regularly to a dog grooming salon in Los Angeles, so we have to factor that in as well as the cost of vet’s visits and food and medicine.
