There have been rivalries in sports teams since known time. Australia and England are fearsome in their cricket clashes, same is the case with India and Pakistan in their hockey and cricket matches. Since they meet again and again, the rivalries continue to grow, although the crowds love this phenomenon.  One such rivalry is between two football clubs, real madrid and Barcelona. They are one of the earliest Spanish football teams. They were formed in the 1890s. Since there beginning they represent the two rival regions of Spain. They are the kingdoms of Catalonia and Castile. Both teams feature in Spanish Football League, La Liga.
