I have worked for a national floral service for several years. There were a total of ten employees when I first started to work for the company, and that was including myself. I have watched the company grow over the years and there are now over three hundred employees that work in the call center alone. Recently, the company has decided to reduce its overhead by using independent contractors to work from their homes. They would provide help to customers with the use of Customer Support Software. It worked so well that the call center is now closed, and all of the agents are now working at home.
