Last week I was in a real panic because my son had forgotten to remind me that he needed a copy of his immunizations to get into soccer camp in a few days. Knowing how busy his doctor’s office always is, I wondered if I could actually get those records on time. If he was kept out of camp for lack of these, we would all be disappointed. Fortunately, when I called, the nurse said that there was no problem and that I could pick the paperwork up immediately. She said that their new Pediatric EMR software was saving so much time and making pulling records so much easier. We’re both glad.
