I just got back from a business trip in South Africa and was pleasantly surprised.  Normally, my business trips are very uneventful and not even worth mentioning, but this time was completely different.  Our meeting was unexpectedly moved at the last minute and we had to arrange for our own transportation.  The staff at george car rental was extremely nice and even spend an extra twenty minutes trying to find us the best deal possible.  Because of my recent experience, the next time we are there for a meeting, I will not use anyone else but the same company.  I was very pleased.
