The ambience of this La Fortuna hotel is clearly enhanced by the verdant gardens and the thermal springs which, although a bit of a walk from the hotel, can be accessed with ease – especially if you take advantage of the shuttle bus that the Hotel Arenal Kioro lays on for their guests. It is certainly worth the effort of making the visit – the views are spectacular! The hotel itself is worth every one of its 5-star rating, especially if you take into account the food: absolutely delicious – a really memorable experience. We found the service provided by the Hotel Arenal Kioro was excellent and nothing was too much of a problem to the staff, no matter what we asked for.
